1.To cancel your appointment , we ask that you cancel 24hrs ahead of time if not you will be charged a 50% fee of whatever service you were booked for as a no call /no show.

Our Children's Menu is for children under the age of 10. Children over the age of 10 are charged for full price services.

3. You will not be able to book another reservation until you pay this fee.
4. iN THE EVENT YOU BOOK A BOX BRAIDS, FAUX LOCKS, CROCHET BRAIDS, OR A WEAVE SERVICE YOU MUST LEAVE A $75.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITTO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Due to the popularity and demand for The Refinery Salon services, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We reserve the right to charge a fee for appointments that are cancelled without 24-hour notification.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments require a notice prior to 5 p.m. the day before your scheduled service. All services booked with our Senior Director (owner), Artistic Director and Senior Stylists require a current credit card and a 24-hour notice of changes and cancellations. Appointments not cancelled within this time frame will be charged 50 percent of the service value. If using a gift certificate, clients will be issued a salon dollar amount for half of the appointment fee.
